PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a horizontal blind which is stable when it is suspended. SOLUTION: The horizontal blind is provided with a blind structure 10 and a curtain 20. The blind structure 10 has an upper frame 11, a lower frame 12, a plurality of slats 13, and cord members 14 connecting the lower frame and the slats 13 and arranging the slats 13 between the upper frame 11 and the lower frame 12. The curtain 20 is connected to respective corresponding slats and at least one side is hung down outward from the slat 13. At least one weight member 30 is installed at the side hanging the curtain 20 to stabilize the suspension effect of the curtain 20. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
