PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent any binder from staying in a brazing furnace, and to prevent generation of any defective brazing by redeposition of binder sublimed from a structure constituted by a plurality of members or carbonized products of the binder on a work. SOLUTION: A pre-heating chamber 12 to pre-heat the structure 22 constituted by the plurality of members with a brazing filler metal, the binder and a flux deposited on each joined portion of each member, and a brazing chamber 14 to further heat the pre-heated structure 22 in an inert gas atmosphere are provided in the brazing furnace 10. The binder deposited on the structure 22 is sublimed in the preheating chamber 12, and the sublimed binder is burned in an oxidizing atmosphere. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
