A crank mechanism has at least two parallel crankshafts, those are connected kinematically with aibility of synchronous rotation of those. Those rotate a valve of gas distribution, the axis of the last one is normal to the plane of the crankshafts axes placement. The tops of at least three cylinders are grouped in circle and maximally brought close to the slide. The structure of the engine increases the reliability.
