<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underwear for incontinence having extremely high preventive effect of side leakage. <P>SOLUTION: This underwear has a gore part 13 of a double structure having a base sheet 14 and a sub sheet 15. The base sheet 14 and the sub sheet 15 are each excellent in water absorbency. A slit 19 is set on the center of the sub sheet 15. The slit 19 extends forward from the back edge 18 of the sub sheet 15. The sub sheet 15 is set only on the front part of the base sheet 14. Small holes for suppressing water dispersion may be set on the sub sheet 15. A water-repelling tape may be set on the side of the gore part 13.
