PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify manufacture and structure, to reduce costs, and to effectively resolve a vibration problem of a tube. SOLUTION: The EGR cooler is provided with the tube 3 and a shell 1 surrounding the tube 3, and heat exchange of exhaust gas 10 and cooling water 9 is carried out by carrying out supply and drain of the cooling water 9 in an interior of the shell 1 and passing the exhaust gas 10 through the tube 3.
