PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting and adhering apparatus capable of preventing a tape from being adhered to a cutting blade, providing an adhesive force again to a tape piece at the time of adhering, and adhering the tape piece at an accurate position when the acrylic form tape for a sub structure adhered onto a roof mold clip is cut. SOLUTION: This adhesive double-coated tape automatic cutting and adhering apparatus comprises a tape holding part 11 holding the adhesive double-coated tape, the cutting blade 13, a tape cutting part 1 having a blade support table 14, a tape piece sucking nozzle 31 conveying the cut tape pieces to a work 5, a tape piece pressing lever 32 pressing the tape pieces 4b placed on the work 5, a tape piece adhering part 3 having a table 34 slidable in a direction orthogonal to the sliding direction of the tape piece sucking nozzle 31, and a tape conveying part 2 for communicating the tape cutting part 1 with the tape piece adhering part 3. The cutting and adhering device also comprises a cooling air nozzle 15 cooling the tape 4a before cutting and a preheating air nozzle 33 heating the tape pieces at the time of adhesion.
