PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grid group to be attached to an opening of a side thruster equipped on a hull for giving a lateral thrust to a ship. SOLUTION: The grid group of the present invention is provided with a plurality of grids extending in almost parallel with each other. Each of the grids is positioned so that a water stream discharged from the side thruster does not hit a hull bossing or a propeller shaft and each has a predetermined angle of elevation to the water stream within a thruster tunnel of the side thruster.
