WIND FLOW PASSAGE FORMING METHOD IN CROSS FLOW WIND MILL, CROSS FLOW WIND MILL, AND WIND POWER GENERATOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cross flow wind mill capable of drastically improving inflow efficiency of wind with a compact structure.

SOLUTION: The cross flow wind mill 2 is equipped with a wind mill main body 4 rotatably supported. A casing 7 is provided so as to cover the wind mill main body 4, and an inflow port 8 guiding wind to flow in the wind mill main body 4 is provided on the casing 7. An outflow port 9 guiding wind passing through the wind mill main body 4 to flow out is provided so as to face near the maximum negative pressure generating area produced by a lift generated by a flow along the casing outer periphery of wind having a wind direction P opposite to the inflow port 8.
