PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color lamp and its manufacturing method preventing irregularity in color, reducing a cost, shortening a process time, and improving a yield rate. SOLUTION: An optical multilayered film 3a of a specific color is formed on the outer periphery of a glass tube 2a having a filament 1a inside. A coating part 5a obtained by applying a coating material corresponding to the optical multilayered film 3a is formed on the outer periphery of the glass tube 2a having an angleαof approximately 20°or more in the direction of a base 4a of the lamp from a flat face D orthogonal to a lamp axis C through a center of the filament 1a.
