PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deflection yoke device with good focus and reduced concentration error. SOLUTION: A horizonal deflection magnetic field is kept in a uniform magnetic field in order to improve the focus, and a horizontal deflection current is converted into a current with a fixed direction by a correction current forming device serially connected to a horizontal deflection coil. The concentration error is reduced by generating the magnetic field with fixed direction by a correction magnetic field generating device to which the current with a fixed direction is supplied.
