PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool holder which surely prevents detachment of a weight balance adjusting member at low costs, and easily corrects cutting edge fluctuation of a cutting tool. SOLUTION: A ring member 61 is rotatably installed to a bottom portion of an arbor 54 of a holder body 51, and the arbor 54 is coupled to a stopper member 62 for holding the ring member 61 to the bottom portion of the arbor 54 with screws. An eccentric cam 63 is rotated so as to increase and decrease a pressing force to a flange part 53 of a fluctuation correction pin 64, so that the bottom portion of the arbor 54 is elastically deformed in a radial direction in a manner that cutting edge fluctuation of the cutting tool 29 approaches zero, so as to correct the cutting edge fluctuation. A detachment prevention means 33 for preventing an adjusting member 32 from being detached from a screw hole 31 is installed to the weight balance adjusting member 32 detachably screwed into the screw hole 31 formed to the stopper member 62, so that the detachment prevention means 33 prevents the adjusting member 32 from coming off from the screw hole 31.
