PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of necessity of rationalization of a main system, a small size and a low cost in an ozone water concentration sensor which expects various comprehensive administration. SOLUTION: The ozone water concentration sensor burdens with a microcomputer for all various operations anticipated by using the microcomputer in which a logarithmic table is disposed in a memory space by converting a signal into pulses by a free-running multivibrator having a photodetector resistor of a UV method used as one side.
