PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure exertion of a predetermined seal function without damaging assemblability or putting unnecessary stress. SOLUTION: Annular projections 23 and 24 are formed on the outer periphery of the proximity adjacent to seal parts 21 and 22 in a diaphragm 2 or on the outer periphery of the seal parts 21 and 22 in the diaphragm 2. When the seal parts 21 and 22 are engaged with holders 3 and 4 to tightly contact the outer periphery with the inner periphery of a housing 1, the annular projections 23 and 24 are welded by pressure onto the inner periphery of the housing 1.
