PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grease supply device for a sewing machine by which grease filling a grease filling hole is completely supplied to a lubricating part without leaving substantially no grease, and the grease is continuously supplied (replenished) to the lubricating part for a long time to obtain a stable lublicable performance of the lublication part of a first and a second members. SOLUTION: The grease supply device 30 includes the grease filling hole 31 which is formed at an attachment frame 21 and is filled with grease from an outer part, and a grease pressurizing mechanism 32 which is attachably and detachably arranged in the grease filling hole 31, pressurizes the grease in the grease filling hole 31, and supplies the grease to the lubricating part 25. The grease pressurizing mechanism 32 includes a piston member 40 to be internally fitted to the grease filling hole 31 so as to be freely slidable, and a spring member 41 for energizing the piston member.
