<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a claim information collecting/managing system for allowing a user to timely create claim information from a picture under use, and to collect and manage it as easily available data. <P>SOLUTION: This claim information collecting/managing system is provided with the entrance display of claim information registration embedded in the web picture of a user terminal, and configured to perform access from the entrance display to call a claim information registration picture to the user terminal, and to execute the entry and registration of required items to store system ID and picture ID and the claim information, and to retrieve the claim information by using the system ID and/or the picture ID as retrieval conditions from the retrieval picture of a manager terminal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
