PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic probe the probe case of which has precise shape and is easy to assemble, and to provide ultrasonic diagnostic equipment provided with this ultrasonic probe. SOLUTION: The ultrasonic diagnostic equipment comprises the ultrasonic probe and an ultrasonic diagnostic equipment body connected with each other via a cable. The ultrasonic probe comprises the probe case 84 provided with a grasping part to be grasped by a hand when it is operated. The probe case 84 comprises plastic molded members 61 and 71 which form the outer shape of the probe case 84 into a desired shape and a base member provided inside the molded members 61 and 71 for preventing the molded members 61 and 71 from being deformed.
