The invention relates to a surgical extension arrangement for stretching and expansion of tissue, especially skin tissue. It comprises at least one thread (5) or a band having at least one fastening device (1) for the thread (5) or the band, the thread (5) or the band being intended to be fastened at each side of a skin defect and thereafter tensioned by means of the fastening device (1) and a second opposing fastening device (1) of the same or some other kind, so that tensioning forces are created in the tissue. The invention is characterized in that the thread(s) are elastic and intended to be fastened in the fastening device(s) by means of friction locking. |
