<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a system that invites a general user to participate and enables the participant to instantly acquire information, for example, about the existence of a masterpiece unknown but most suitable to the participant, automatically write a column helpful to the other people about a piece appreciated, and request the creation of desirable software, in such a manner that the participant answers simple questions. <P>SOLUTION: A user is invited to cooperate in consideration of digital money after selecting entertainment software to purchase or borrow it, and user information is collected in a computer and accumulated in a database via a user terminal and a communication line.
