<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for controlling a profile-extruded molding which can control the flow rate of each section of a resin extruded from a profile extrusion mold to be kept constant. <P>SOLUTION: In the main section of a zone 121a for the final molding of the profile-extruded molding in the extrusion mold 12, the differences P in resin pressure of the resin inflow side and the resin outflow side are measured continuously. The measured resin pressure differences P are stored continuously in a host computer as the data of a prescribed input period V. In the host computer, the cumulative valueΣP of the deviation▵P of the stored data is calculated as a variation value S by time at the intervals of a control period T. When a value (St/P)×100 (wherein, St is a variation value after a time t from the end of start-up in each section) exceeds a prescribed limit range, the output of the heater of the section is controlled to be restored to a resin pressure difference P<SB>0</SB>at the end of the start-up. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
