PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the malfunctioning of a manual button provided on a solenoid valve. SOLUTION: In a containing hole formed in a valve casing 20, a main valve shaft 17 is provided to be capable of reciprocation in an axial direction, and an output port is changeably communicated to a feed port and an exhaust port by the main valve shaft 17. Based on energization to a coil of a solenoid part 32, a movable core 36 reciprocates in an axial direction, and a pilot valve communicated with the movable core 36 changeably communicates an output passage communicated with an air pressure chamber 29 to a feed passage 39 communicated with the feed port and an exhaust passage 42. On a valve casing 20, the manual button 51 is provided for the movable core 36 to be manually actuated. A stopper 57 is provided to be movable between an engagement position and a retraction position to regulate the manual button 51 being pushed in. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
