<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately cut a soft object to be cut such as a raw fish body into cut pieces having desired weight to obtain the cut pieces having high commercial value, and to effectively utilize the object to be cut without a futile use. <P>SOLUTION: This device is provided with a cutter 55 disposed to perform a three-dimensional moving to cut the object 1, a movable mounting plate 39 formed with a linear groove 45 loosely inserted with the cutter 55 therein and disposed to be rotated to mount the object 1, and a negative pressure suction means 50 to fix the object 1 by negative pressure in the vicinity of the linear groove 45 of the movable mounting plate 39. The device is provided with a holding mechanism disposed to be elevated/lowered and horizontally moved and holding the object 1 by piercing the object 1 with a plurality of needles 66, and a control part 20 for setting a cutting condition of the object 1 based on weight and volume of the object 1 by a weight measuring means 25 for measuring the weight of the object 1 and a volume measuring means 30 for measuring the volume of the object 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
