MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR CONNECTION INFORMATION OF IC CARD, MANAGEMENT METHOD FOR CONNECTION INFORMATION, IC CARD AND SERVER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management system in which the connection information of an IC card which cannot be communicated to a server directly can be managed by the server.

SOLUTION: Mutual certification is carried out between an IC card 1a and an IC card 1b, and the ID and the connection information are notified mutually when communicating directly between a portable phone 2a in which the IC card 1a is inserted and a portable phone 2b in which the IC card 1b is inserted. Mutual certification is carried out with the server 3 by the IC card 1 which can be connected to the server 3, and the ID of the other IC card and the connection information are notified to the server 3. Based on this construction, even if the other IC card cannot be communicated to the server 3 directly, the ID of the other IC card and the connection information can be managed by the server 3.
