PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foot cover to be shallowly worn on the foot hard to take off and bringing feeling of fit. SOLUTION: This foot cover has a coating part 12 formed to be long back and forth by a knitting fabric 14 and coating from the tiptoe Ha to the heel Hb, and a wearing mouth part 13 exposing the instep Hc and the ankle Hd. Circular knitting having a course direction conforming to the circumferential direction along the opening rim part of the wearing mouth part 13 is used for the knitting fabric 14. Both the right and left sides 12c-1 and 12c-1 of the center 12c each have small pitch of the wale direction of a loop 14a forming stitches compared to a front part 12a and a back part 12b excluding the center 12c in the back and forth direction.
