PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide pivoting structure in which a first blade and a second blade are pivotally attached to each other to be rotatable with respect to each other with a bolt and a nut, and wherein the nut is less likely to be entangled with hair, the nut can be turned with a hand without using an auxiliary tool, strong tension is obtained, fine adjustment of fastening force is easy and a leaf spring can be used. SOLUTION: The structure is provided with the bolt 30 put through the first blade 10 and the second blade 20 from the side of the first blade 10, and the nut 40 consisting of a shaft 41 part having a female screw and a head part 42 formed at the proximal end of this shaft part 41 to be used for fastening operation of the nut to be screwed to the bolt 30 from the side of the second blade 20. Furthermore, the blade 20 has a bottomed housing hole 21 which houses the shaft part 41 and where the nut 40 can be screwed with only the head part 42 remaining outside of the housing hole 21. The head part 42 is formed into such a size that rotating operation is realized by projecting of the periphery of this head part 42 from the width of the second blade 20. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
