PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for laminating a photosensitive resin layer which can press-fit the photosensitive layer precisely to a specified position on a sheet substrate independent of the size of the sheet substrate and prevent the lowering of a yield. SOLUTION: In the method for laminating the photosensitive resin layer, the sheet substrate is preheated, and the photosensitive resin layer is press-fitted to one surface of the preheated sheet substrate. On a heating plate which can hold the sheet substrate in a non-contact state by heating the sheet substrate and discharging gas, a series of the sheet substrates is mounted while the one side of the sheet substrate on which the photosensitive resin layer is overlapped is turned downward. The continuous sheet substrates are heated while being held with the one surface at the rear end of the preceding sheet substrate connected with the one surface at the front end of the succeeding sheet substrate and while not being contacted with the heating plate and carried directly to a photosensitive resin press-fitting part.
