PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a medal casting device in a pusher game machine. SOLUTION: The pusher game machine 10 has a field 110, a cover 120, the medal casting device 200, and a pusher 130. The medal casting device 200 has a medal rail 210, a rail holder 220, and a medal holder 230. The medal holder 230 is provided with a medal loading groove 260, a medal guide 270, and a finger-device 280. The finger-device 280 is located on the outer side of the medal guide 270 and is where a thumb T is placed in a state where a multiple number of medal M laid on top of one another are loaded in the medal loading groove 260 to push down a multiple number of medals M laid on top of one another towards the medal guide 270 by placing an index finger F on the medal M that is located on the top.
