PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems of a conventional ridger that its structure unavoidably becomes large, when the ridger has an inversion mechanism of a ridge forming part, and consequently a working position-setting operation is difficult, because working positions of the ridger in forward and reverse traveling are required to be set, when a fixing angle at which the ridger is fixed to a fixing frame of a tractor is changed, and therefore a turn control range of a ridge height control mechanism positioned on a ridge forming device is required to be enlarged. SOLUTION: An improved ridger has the ridge forming part A and a working position control mechanism, wherein the ridge forming part A is fastened to a supporting frame 4 in such a manner that its working angle is freely changed, and further the ridge forming part A is controlled by the working position control mechanism so that its working position is independently controlled against a mast frame 22. Further, the working position control mechanism is composed of a hydraulic cylinder, an electrically-operated cylinder, or an expadable means expanded and contracted by rotating a support with which the means is engaged.
