PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a one-component impregnant composition which prevents the deterioration, degradation, and discoloration of an impregnated base material, is cured in a short time, and keeps the work environment good; and a sheet or filter impregnated therewith. SOLUTION: The active energy ray-curable impregnant composition comprises a non-radically polymerizable resin having a number average mol.wt. of 1,000 or higher and a radically polymerizable compound.
