PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily work upon an end part of a cylindrical shape of a lever main body in which a rise portion etc., is prepared in order to integrally attach the grip without using adhesives. SOLUTION: A flange 50 and the rise portion 52 to prevent rotation and coming-off of the grip 28 without using the adhesives can be easily formed by press working or the like, since the end part 26 of the lever main body to be fitted with the grip 28 is constituted of half cylindrical shape parts of a pair of half-divided bodies 42, 44, and the end part 26 of the cylindrical shape is formed by making the half-cylindrical shape parts face and butt each other. Working of the end part 26 of the cylindrical shape having the flange 50 and the rise portion 52 of the kind becomes easy as a whole, since it is adequate to make almost cylindrical shape by making the half-cylindrical shape parts 42, 44 face and butt each other and, the shape accuracy of the end part 26 improves.
