PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrict the setting of presence information by presentity. SOLUTION: Presence information that can not be set by a user agent himself/herself is provided in the presence information. For instance, when a "game score" is restricted presence information in the presence information, only a user agent B being a game manager can set the "game score".
