PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of types of the shape steels to be used in a steel-frame building using shape steels as columns and beams. SOLUTION: In the steel-frame building 1 using the shape steels as the columns 10 and beams 20, the columns 10 and the beams 20 are formed of the shape steels which are the same in cross section.
