METHOD FOR PRODUCING CHLORINE DIOXIDE WATER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing chlorine dioxide water by which reaction rate can be enhanced while suppressing increase of complicatedness of equipment and increase of running cost or the like by using two liquid method and residual amount of chlorite ion is reduced. SOLUTION: Chlorine dioxide water is produced by bringing an inorganic acid and an alkali chlorite aqueous solution into the reaction. The producing method comprises: a blending process for blending the inorganic acid with the alkali chlorite aqueous solution; a heating process for heating at least one among the inorganic acid and the alkali chlorite aqueous solution; and a dilution process for diluting gaseous chlorine dioxide and a reaction mixture aqueous solution obtained via the blending process and the heating process.
