A rotor machine with cylinder and with eccentric rotor in its cavity, between those broken cavity is formed, this is formed by flat segments of the inner surface of the cylinder and the outer surface of the rotor. The broken cavity is divided into working chambers by elements possibility of motion of which is determined by their contact surfaces with the contact surfaces of the cylinder and the rotor at synchronous rotation of those. Half of working chambers is formed by the teeth of the rotor and the elements placed on those, separating chambers; each of the elements has possibility of reciprocal motion over the side parallel contact surfaces of the rotor tooth. The other half of the working chambers is formed by the inner surface of the cylinder, the surface of the elements separating the chambers, and the surface of the rotor. Such implementation of the rotor machine makes it possible to increase the number of working chambers.
