METHOD FOR IDENTIFYING AND SENSING GAS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a method for identifying and sensing a gas which easily identifies and senses the gas although a conventional sensor array is used for identifying and sensing the gas relatively difficult to be identified and sensed. SOLUTION: The method for identifying and sensing the gas implements a transient response output capture process for individually obtaining transient response outputs related to the identified gas from a plurality of semiconductor gas sensors and a frequency characteristic derivation process for obtaining frequency characteristics related to the outputs captured from a plurality of the semiconductor gas sensors and identifies the identified gas based on a relationship of the frequency characteristic of the identified gas obtained from each semiconductor gas sensor.
