PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight flashing material easy in handling, superior in workability and generating no rust. SOLUTION: This flashing material of a level difference part has a high rising piece formed by being bent at an angle of almost 90°to a gutter part bottom surface on one side in the lengthwise direction of the gutter part bottom surface, and has a fixing piece formed by being folded back at almost 90°on the opening end side of this rising piece, and has a lower rising piece formed by being bent at an angle of almost 90°to the gutter part bottom surface on the other side in the lengthwise direction of the gutter part bottom surface. The flashing material is integrally formed of a synthetic resin sheet, and is characterized by swelling the gutter part bottom surface along a folding reinforcement by forming at least one folding reinforcement in the lengthwise direction of the gutter part bottom surface.
