PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To greatly reduce the manufacturing cost of a punchless form panel for use with concrete forms or the like, relating to its improvements. SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing the punchless form panel includes a process for bending a surface plate into a U-shape and forming vertical ribs integrally with both ends thereof; a process for providing a plurality of notches in at least one of the vertical ribs; and a process for joining a halved cylindrical member to each of the plurality of notches.
