A mobile telephone device (1-1) identifies a mobile telephone device (1-2) as a communication partner by communication performed by using non-contact interface using an electromagnetic wave and after that, they exchange information via a mobile telephone network (2). Moreover, a mobile telephone device (1-1) identifies a communication device (5) as a communication partner by communication performed by using non-contact interface using an electromagnetic wave and after that, they exchange information via a network (4). Thus, it is possible to exchange information surely and easily. The present invention can be applied to a mobile telephone device.
