PURPOSE: A structure for cooling a hollow pipe for a synthetic resin pipe forming device is provided to improve the intensity of the synthetic resin pipe by quickly cooling the inside of the hollow pipe. CONSTITUTION: In a structure for cooling a hollow pipe for a synthetic resin pipe forming device, a cooling pipe includes an outer pipe body(36) connected to a discharge hose(34) through a connection unit(30) and having a closed structure, and an inner pipe body(38) connected to an introduction hose(32) and fit into the outer pipe body. The cooling pipe passes through an inner die(12), and protrudes partially into the inside of the hollow pipe.
