PURPOSE: A device for connecting a Bluetooth wireless LAN is provided to reciprocally connect a Bluetooth terminal with a wireless LAN terminal, and to connect many Bluetooth terminals with many wireless LAN terminals, thereby performing communication between the terminals as configuring an ad-hoc network. CONSTITUTION: A Bluetooth signal common layer data converter(41) receives a Bluetooth signal, and converts the Bluetooth signal into common layer data. A common layer data wireless LAN signal converter(42) converts the common layer data into a wireless LAN signal, and transmits the wireless LAN signal. The common layer data is IP data. The Bluetooth signal common layer data converter(41) comprises as follows. A Bluetooth signal receiver receives the Bluetooth signal from an optional Bluetooth terminal. A common layer data converter transmits the received Bluetooth signal up to common layers of a Bluetooth protocol stack and a wireless LAN protocol stack, and converts the signal into the common layer data.
