METHOD OF CONTROLLING ELECTRICAL LET-OFF SYSTEM FOR WEAVING MACHINE

PURPOSE: Provided is an electrical let-off system for a weaving machine which corrects the let-off speed depending upon the degree of tension, and is well adapted for the high speed operation of the weaving machine with high precision and stable letting-off. CONSTITUTION: An electrical let-off system for a weaving machine measures the reference tension and the let-off tension several times per a rotation of the weaving machine, and makes the desired speed correction with respect to the reference let-off speed, thereby controlling the let-off tension. The reference let-off speed is preliminarily established based on the rotation number of the weaving machine, the weaving density and the take-up diameter of the let-off beam.
