PURPOSE: A structure of rotary heating drum for uniformly heating products of heat treatment apparatus is provided which uniformly agitates the products so that small products to be heat treated are uniformly heat treated in a small heat treatment apparatus, and a method for manufacturing the rotary heating drum is provided. CONSTITUTION: The structure of rotary heating drum for uniformly heating products of heat treatment apparatus comprises a heating unit(1) comprising an outer cylindrical body(1a), a fixed heating cylinder which is mounted on an inner part of the outer cylindrical body in the fixed state, and on which heating wire(2) is wound, a heat insulating material(1d) filled in a space between the outer cylindrical body and the fixed heating cylinder, a rotary heating drum(1c) rotationally installed on an inner part of the fixed heating cylinder, a product gateway projected to the front side of the outer cylindrical body in the state that the product gateway is extended from a front end of the rotary heating drum so as to inject or extract products, and a rotational operating pipe(13) projected to the rear side of the outer cylindrical body in the state that the rotational operating pipe is extended from a rear end of the rotary heating drum so as to enable gas supply pipe(6) is to be installed and receive rotational power at the same time; both base frames(3) for rotationally supporting hinge shaft adhered to both sides of the outer cylindrical body of the heating unit; a tilting unit installed at one side base frame to fix heat treatment furnace in the horizontal state or tilting operate the heat treatment furnace so that the heat treatment furnace is vertically inclined; and a rotation unit(5) installed in rear of the outer cylindrical body of the heating unit to rotationally operate the rotary heating drum, wherein main body of the rotary heating drum of the heating unit is formed in a polygonal shape having a polygonal cross sectional structure capable of agitating products injected into the rotary heating drum during rotational operation.
