PURPOSE: A system and a method for recommending a job to a job-seeker linked with an ARS(Automatic Response System) and the Internet are provided to conveniently find the desired job through the Internet or a portable communication device without visiting an employment agency and to make an application for workers directly by using the ARS. CONSTITUTION: A controller(420) controls member access from a job-seeker terminal or an employer terminal connected through the communication network, the data input/output related to employment, and a database, and makes the employer input wages to a bank account of the job-seeker. A job-seeker database(430) stores the personal information, the login information, the bank account information, the contact information, the evaluation information, and the service use information of each job-seeker. An employer database(440) stores the personal information, the login information, the evaluation information, and the service use information of each employer. An ARS server(450) outputs the voice information for guiding a procedure to the portable communication device, and stores the job application data inputted from the job seeker in the job-seeker database.
