PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily exchange different kinds of cameras by inputting an ID signal from an ID signal generating part provided at an exchange type camera part, discriminating the ID signal and performing a process corresponding to the kind of a camera or the lens based on the result of discrimination when an exchange type camera part is held in a frame. SOLUTION: A camera vibration proof device part 9 switches parameters for example, a setting of a camera gain, a setting of a lens field angle, an video signal processing system according to the kind of a camera or a lens mounted on an exchange type camera part 13 and performs control. A camera part ID generation part 25 in the exchange type camera part 13 generates an ID signal which indicates the kind of the mounted camera or lens and supplies this ID signal as a camera part control signal 23 to a camera part ID discrimination part 26 in the camera vibration proof device part 9. The camera part ID discrimination part 26 discriminates the ID signal and transfers it to the camera vibration proof control part 9. The camera vibration proof control part 9 automatically performs control corresponding to the camera or the lens.
