A method of cryopreservation of human hemopoietic cells includes adding cryoprotector cells to a suspension, multistage freezing with the subsequent thawing. In doing so cryoprotector concentrations of 0.4-1.45 mol/l are used, the freezing is carried out in three stages. At the first stage the freezing is carried out with a speed of 0.7 û 1.2 DEGREE C/min. up to minus 8.5 û minus 10.5 DEGREE C using seeding at a temperature of minus 3,5 - minus 4 DEGREE C, at the second stage - with a speed of 1.0 û 4.5 DEGREE C/min. up to minus 30 û minus 40 DEGREE C. In doing so following the second stage a temperature stop at minus 30 - minus 40 DEGREE C in the course of 3 -5 min is carried out. At the third stage the freezing is carried out with a speed of 10 û 12 DEGREE C/min up to minus 130 - minus 196 DEGREE C. |
