FIELD: metal working, possibly polishing surfaces of die sets, tools, optical glasses and other shaped surfaces with rectilinear or curvilinear generatrix. SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes housing and magnetic inductor movable relative to housing and mounted with possibility of oscillation. Inside magnetic head of magnetic inductor upper unit with motion mechanism and lower unit from row of alternatively arranged vertical magnets and magnetic circuits are placed. Magnets and magnetic circuits are arranged in staggered fashion by rows and they are spring-loaded relative to monolythic part of upper unit with possibility of fixation of each row in lower unit of magnetic inductor.
