PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for transferring multiple hop data by which a multiple hop data frame having multiple hop information is processed, and a mobile terminal capable of performing this method, and an MAC (medium access data) structure which includes a multiple hop frame and is used for the method. SOLUTION: Information is transferred not by direct communication between an access point and a mobile terminal, but by communication between an access point and one or more mobile terminals or a pre-installed relay terminal. Therefore, since the coverage of one access point can be extended, a system can be established more economically, and the waste of frequency resources can be reduced. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
