<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure that does not hinder operation of a safety valve in the battery pack in which the substrate or the like formed with an outside connecting terminal on the secondary battery is integrated by a resin mold. <P>SOLUTION: The discharge port 20a of the safety valve 20 formed on the sealing plate 23 is covered by a resin seat 40 arranged and that is integrated in one body by a primary molding 11 formed by filling a resin between the secondary battery 2 and a circuit board 3.
