<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flash memory unit having an integral rotary cover preventing loss of the cover by preventing complete separation of the cover from a body in any case whatsoever. <P>SOLUTION: The flash memory unit is provided with a flash memory body including a rectangular case provided with a memory element in an interior, a USB terminal piece electrically connected to the memory element and protrudedly provided in a tip of the case and a hinge protrusion formed on at least one face of front face or a back face of the case, and the cover comprising a set of parallel plate members with opened tips, closed ends and opened side faces facing each other with an interval corresponding to a thickness of the case and formed with hinge holes for inserting and axially rotating the hinge protrusion. By rotating the cover with respect to the flash memory body, the USB terminal piece can be housed in a space of a cover interior or protruded from the space. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
