<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrier, a production method and a using method therefor for receiving and supporting a complementary tissue to increase toward a diseased or damaged area within a physiological system. <P>SOLUTION: The carrier is buried in a contact area between tissues mutually having different mechanical characteristics, and the increase and reproduction of tissues of different types within the area can be supported. Besides, the carrier contains a biologically erosive polymer material having different mechanical characteristics therefrom such as porosity, hardness and compressibility for example.
