<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an engine from forbidding stop of idling operation as much as possible in an economy running system. <P>SOLUTION: The device is a battery electronic control unit (ECU)100 of a vehicle as a power source for travel, which is provided with the engine 80 and a motor generater 500 using the battery as a power source and is connected to a 36V battery temperature sensor 400 and a hybrid ECU90 controlling the engine 80. The hybrid ECU90 contains a circuit controlling to stop the idling operation of the engine 80 during stoppage of the vehicle based on status of the 36V batteries such as battery temperature and SystemOn Chip (SOC) or the like, and a circuit controlling to forbid stop of the idling operation. The battery ECU100 contains a circuit controlling to charge by lowering charging voltage when the 36V battery reaches high temperature, and a circuit training amount of dropping of the charging voltage. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
